Standard / Elite Profiles
“Standard” and “Elite” profiles:
STANDARD users are FREE, while ELITE users pay a subscription.
To upgrade a nickname from STANDARD to ELITE, simply click on “Go Elite” after logging into the Burraconline game.
ELITE users enjoy a range of exclusive features that enhance the gaming experience and interaction with other players.

| STANDARD users have a “locked” score, meaning they can win at most +1 level point (even if they win a game with higher victory points), and always lose −1 LEVEL POINT in case of defeat, regardless of Victory Points. | ||

Abandonment rules
Same for Standard and Elite
For the player who abandons the table:
- 1 GAME LOST and 2 LEVEL POINTS DEDUCTED, regardless of which hand it occurs in.
For the partner of the player who abandoned:
- GAME VOID and 0 LEVEL POINTS
- But, if ahead and the game counts for ranking (or 7 minutes of play reached): GAME VOID and +0.2 LEVEL POINTS
For the player who remains at the table and suffers an opponent's abandonment:
- IF the game counts for ranking and they are ahead: GAME WON and NORMAL LEVEL POINTS ASSIGNMENT
- IF the game counts for ranking but they are behind: GAME WON and +0.3 “consolation” LEVEL POINTS.
- IF the game does not count for ranking but at least 7 minutes of play have been reached: GAME WON and +0.2 LEVEL POINTS
- If the game does not count for ranking and 7 minutes of play have not been reached: GAME VOID and 0 LEVEL POINTS
N.B: “game valid for ranking” means a game that has reached the minimum number of hands required for ranking.

FAQ: how do I become Elite?
To become Elite simply click the “Go Elite” button once you have logged into the Burraconline game.
If you do not yet have a Burraconline account, we recommend DOWNLOADING the game and following the instructions on the home page.
FAQ: what will I NOT get if I go Elite?
- You will not get better or worse cards than Standard players.
- You will not get more or fewer pinelle than Standard players.
- If you have connection problems, they will not be resolved by going Elite.
- You will not be entitled to get back any lost LEVEL POINTS in the event of rare technical issues.
Levels
The levels are the same for both Standard and Elite players.
Depending on the “level points” earned, players are assigned an animal level.
